By scheduling an appointment and leaving a Service Retainer / Deposit, you agree to the following terms:

Your Service Retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE and reserves a specific date and time with your artist. Once that time is reserved for you, your artist turns away other clients who could have booked it. Tattoo artists are paid for the work they perform, so when you reserve their time and do not show up as scheduled, that time and income cannot always be replaced.

You are allowed one (1) reschedule with sufficient notice.

If you need to change your appointment, please give us at least 14 days' notice. Your Service Retainer will be transferred to the new appointment. If you reschedule a second time, your original Service Retainer is forfeited and a new Service Retainer will be required to reserve another appointment. Repeated rescheduling may require a larger retainer or prepayment before additional time will be reserved.

Cancellations, reschedules with less than 3 days' notice, and no-shows result in the immediate loss of your Service Retainer / Deposit.

A new Service Retainer will be required before another appointment can be scheduled. Service Retainers are not refundable because you changed your mind, cannot make your appointment, booked incorrectly, or decided not to move forward. In some circumstances, and solely at our discretion, we may allow the amount to remain as credit toward a future service. Any credit remains non-refundable and cannot be sold or transferred to another person.

Please make sure you are scheduling the correct appointment before you book.

Schedule the artist, service, and amount of time your artist or the Aloha Tattoos team instructed you to schedule, and make sure you are prepared to be at the shop on the date and time you select. If you aren't sure what to schedule, contact us first. We are happy to help you get it right before you reserve an artist's time.

ALL Service Retainers and by extension, All Deposits, are valid for 2 years from the time they are payed. Your service retainer is used for Project Administration and artist compensation for time spent on your requested project. A portion your service retainer will be used as a “deposit” to hold the day and time you requested.

Finally, please make sure the phone number and email address you provided are correct.

If you don't hear from us within 24 hours, or if you have questions about your appointment, please call or text the shop for assistance. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct information. Please don’t just assume we know your information.
